Refund policy
Here at Studio Bijouxx, we want you to love anything you receive from us. If you’ve ordered something, we owe you a big thank you!
If it’s not the right piece for you, then that’s no problem at all, you can return your order within seven days for an exchange, or our wonderful workshop can adjust items if something isn’t quite right.
If it’s a gift purchased more than a month ago, and the recipient isn’t blown away, we may offer an exchange or commission a price-matched piece to ensure everyone is happy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will be required.
Initiate Return.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@studiobijouxx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Studio Bijouxx does not accept returns on/if products;
- are not returned in their original condition or packaging
- the security tag has been removed
- are returned outside of the specified return time frame
- are bespoke/special order/altered or resized
- sale items
- loose diamonds
Studio Bijouxx reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender should any of the above occur. Products purchased during a sale may only be returned if deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase may also be required.
Studio Bijouxx credits are issued once a return has been received and its condition assessed. Credits are valid for use online and valid for 12 months.

Non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be returned, estate pieces, earrings due to hygiene, and custom pieces (such as loose diamonds, special orders or personalised items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on loose diamonds, sale/clearance items or gift cards.
Refund & Restocking Fee
We have a 7-day refund policy, meaning you have seven days after receiving your item to request a refund.
As a small business, we value your satisfaction and always strive to make every purchase seamless and enjoyable. While we do our best to accommodate everyone, please note that under Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to offer refunds for change of mind.
To maintain the quality and craftsmanship of our products, a restocking fee of 12% of the items purchase price will apply to returned items. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with payment processing fees, shipping, handling, inspecting, cleaning, and restocking the item.
Restocking fees do not apply to products deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take time to process and post the refund.

Damages & Incidentals
Rest assured that all items are photographed before being sent out; however, accidents happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
