Where are you based?

Our office is located in Melbourne Australia. 

Do you have a shop I can visit?

Currently we are an online retailer only. 

Is it possible to try the rings on?

We are currently online only currently, we recommend popping into your local jeweller to find out your ring size if you’re unsure of the size you require. We can also provide any additional photos, videos or details about any item if you’re unsure before ordering, just contact us and we would be more than happy to help. 

Can you size the ring I order?

Yes! We are able to size almost any of our items. Please note your size in the notes section upon ordering and allow up to two extra weeks for delivery if sizing is required. There maybe a small resizing fee, contact us to obtain a quote. 

Can I order something in a different colour metal?

Depending on the piece, we may be able to custom-make it in a different colour of the metal. For example, you might have seen a ring in white gold but want it in yellow gold. It's best to contact us and discuss the particular order. All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide delivery. Please see all details regarding our fully tracked and insured shipping practices here. Please also note that all local import charges and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Do you offer layaway?

Yes! Please contact us and we can discuss the options with you. 

Is there someone I can talk to?

Of course! I would be delighted to speak more about the jewellery and advise you on any further details. Please contact us here.

May I pay over the phone?

Yes! Please contact us to arrange a time to pay over the phone which will suit you best.

What can I do if I order something and it doesn’t suit me?

Don’t worry. We want you to fall in love with every item in your jewellery collection and welcome you to return or exchange it, if not. Please see all the details of our Refund Policy here.

Do you ever buy rings from private sellers? 

On occasion. We welcome you to send in pictures and details of any items you’re interested in selling to Hello@studiobijouxx.com. I will get in touch with you with an offer if it’s something we feel will fit well within our collection.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?

My pieces are crafted by hand and destined to live a long life if they are carefully worn and taken care of. We recommend following the below advice to ensure the longevity of your pieces.

EVERYDAY CONSIDERATIONS
Be aware of all contact to your jewellery, delicate pieces can be caught on clothing or handbag straps without being noticed. Your jewellery should be put on last when dressing and taken off first. 

SAFETY FIRST
Remove your jewellery prior to sleeping, submerging in water or exercising to avoid significant wear and tear or potential loss. 

SKIN
Limit the contact your piece has with perfumes, creams and makeup as these substances can accelerate the tarnishing process and congest any links or settings in your jewellery.

STORAGE
Your jewellery should be stored individually in its original packaging in a dry, cool place to prevent it from being scratched, tangled or tarnishing.

Clean and polish your jewellery regularly to maintain lustre and check for wear and tear,
